Lazy Stuffed Hot Peppers

5 Hot Peppers 4 oz of Fat Free Cream cheese

2 tbs of butter

mushrooms

4 oz cheddar cheese

Directions: Slice and take out seeds from hot peppers unless you like it spicy then leave some in. Slice peppers all up and add in glass baking dish. Cut cream cheese in slices and layer over peppers. Add butter. Chop up mushrooms and lay on top of cream cheese and peppers. Take cheese and layer over mushrooms. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes or until peppers are soft.
